We are proud to present our new ultra-light wing, the EIKO 2.
The EIKO 2 is above all a mountain wing, intended for pilots looking for lightness and compactness. In small size at the top of the take-off range, it will delight pilots looking for speed, both in mountain flying and in soaring in strong winds.
Used in the middle or lower end of the take-off range, it is aimed at a wider range of pilots. Inspired by the Eona 3, its ease, stability, and inflation provide reassuring efficiency: ideal for progressing thanks to its great adaptability and all-terrain character.
The particularly intuitive and efficient inflation will be greatly appreciated both by pilots in the mountains on take-offs in sometimes complex conditions and by less experienced pilots using the Eiko 2 as a progression glider.
For use in high mountains, small Hypalon attachments are sewn onto the top surface. They allow the connection of pins to prevent the glider from slipping and facilitate take-off on steep or snowy slopes. They are simply stuck into the ground to hold the wing in place. They will of course remain attached to the wing so that nothing is left behind in the mountains.
The EIKO 2 will be available in 5 sizes (16, 19, 21, 23, and 26). Sizes 16 and 19 are EN-C and EN-B approved respectively, while sizes 21, 23, and 26 are EN-A approved.
The Eiko 2 is available in 2 colors, Polar et Volcano.
It is now available for order at the public price of 3250€ including tax for sizes 16 and 19, and 3350€ including tax for sizes 21, 23, and 26, the first deliveries are scheduled for the month of April for the 19, 21, and 23.
The Eiko 2 comes with a dedicated backpack, of 25 L or 30 L depending on the size of the glider, as well as the pins to hold the wing in the snow.
