*ESR offers perfect automatic regulation from size S (56 cm) to L (61 cm). To ensure a perfect fit, the helmet comes with 3 very soft, breathable padding pieces. The size of the helmet can be regulated by individually fixing a thicker or thinner padding piece into the helmet.
